SECURITY PRE-EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

I understand that any information provided by me that is false, incomplete or misrepresented in any respect, will be sufficient to (1) cancel further consideration of this application or (2) immediately discharge me from the employer’s service whenever it is discovered.

I understand that in order to retain necessary flexibility in the administration of policies and procedures, Command Security Corporation and its Member Companies reserve the right to change, revise, or eliminate any of the policies and/or benefits described in the employee handbook that will be issued to me if I am offered employment, except for its policy of employment-at-will. The only recognized deviations from the stated policies are those authorized and signed by the Vice President of Human Resource of Command Security Corporation.

I understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and the company. In addition, I understand and agree that that if I am employed, my employment is classified as “AT WILL” and is for no definite or determinable period and may be terminated, with or without prior notice at the option of either myself or the company, and that no promises or representation contrary to the foregoing are binding on the company unless made in writing and signed by me and a designated representative of Command Security Corporation.
